These terms apply to Nightfall Survivors (the Unity version and, while it was online, the classic web version), to the game server and to this website. By playing or creating an account, you agree to them.
The game
- Nightfall Survivors is developed by Renan Dall’Agnol. The game, its code, original music, texts and the art created for it are protected by copyright. Third-party packs follow their own licenses, listed under Credits and licenses.
- The Unity version is in development. Features, content, balance and platforms may change until launch, and anything that does not exist yet is shown as “coming soon”.
- The game is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We do our best to keep the server online and your progress safe, but failures can happen.
Account
- You can play without an account. With an account (Google or email), you are responsible for keeping access secure and for everything done with it.
- Use a respectful display name: it shows on the leaderboard and to other co-op players. Names that are offensive, impersonate someone else or expose someone’s data may be removed.
Fair play
- Cheating is forbidden: modifying the game, the save or the communication with the server to obtain results, deliberately exploiting bugs to climb the leaderboard, or attacking the server.
- The server checks the plausibility of each result and may reject or remove suspicious runs from the leaderboard. Repeated abuse may lead to the account being blocked.
- In co-op, respect the other players.
This website
The content of this website (texts, images, videos and encyclopedia data) belongs to Nightfall Survivors and may be quoted and shared with credit. The Press kit material may be freely used in articles, reviews and videos about the game.
Privacy
What we do with your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
These terms may change, especially when the Unity version reaches the stores — each store has its own rules, which also apply to those who play through it. The update date at the top of this page shows the version in force.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to the consumer rights granted by the laws of your country.
